The Mold Has Broken

Terry and I have long taught, all progress begins by thinking differently. Safety improvement must progress, but differently. Very quickly, we all realized yesterday's tools will not solve tomorrow's or even today's challenges. Organizational strategies to pursue excellence in safety performance and culture quickly became ineffective. The playing field didn't just change; the entire game changed. Beginning in early March 2020, to face the developing new reality, we pivoted the methods and delivery of our customized approaches and services.

We have continued to support our clients and remain available for coaching through a variety of online platforms, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype and multiple webinar tools. Plato taught, "Necessity is the mother of invention." The Mold Has Broken As we are all discovering new ways to work together, through the power of technology, we can continue to remain connected.

We invite you to share your preferences with us, so we may continue to add value to your efforts.

Thank you for your continued interest in ProAct Safety. We are committed to working hard to help you navigate these challenging times. Keep pushing safety forward.
