Plato told us that necessity is the mother of invention. Great need drives us to creative solutions. The pandemic has created a great need for normalcy, association, and ways to do our jobs with minimal exposure. I have witnessed some remarkable innovation among my consulting clients and sharing their approaches with others has started a synergy of new ideas. COVID as a Mother Many industries are operating in radically different ways to address the necessities of work and the realities of COVID at the same time.

Some simply bemoan their plight while others energetically search for new and innovative ways to move forward. When you are striving to improve safety, do you look at problems and ask why or do you look at excellence and ask why not?
