I appreciate all of you who have followed this blog for the past years. This is #417 So that means just over eight years of weekly contributions. In addition, I have co-authored 5 books and published 159 safety articles. I am retiring from my position as CEO of ProAct Safety and will turn over the writing of the weekly blog to my partner and now predecessor, Shawn Galloway. Shawn's insights will be enlightening as his experience is now vast and his clients are worldwide. 
He has proven to be a master of the basic safety processes I used to start ProAct and has expanded them to new realms and taken our clients to new heights of safety excellence. Please continue to follow him on this blog and let him know of subjects you are interested in. Being my bold self, I will likely email him a few of my ideas from time to time to use as well. Best wishes for all of you who pursue safety and farewell for now.
