"I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for a job well done here with our associates Jan 4th thru the 7th. As you are aware, a team selected the ProAct Lean BBS program for implementation at our 15 manufacturing facilities in Georgia and Alabama. One of the primary reasons was that we found your program to be much more flexible/customizable so that we could easily blend it with our current culture changing efforts, mainly BLAST and Lean Six. We desperately wanted to avoid the "new flash in the pan" or "flavor of the year" program view from our associates.

Day 1 was 9 hrs with the very highest level of management at Beaulieu and in my 20 yrs of working here it is the 2nd program I have seen presented to them where their attention was maintained throughout the day. We are proceeding with two pilot implementations, with each of the coordinators working these implementations, at which time they will each return to their respective plants and perform the same work individually.
